While on vacation in Florida, a family with a large social media presence wanted to take their young daughter on a ride with a 40″ height requirement. She was slightly too short so her family family put her hair into a high bun and altered her shows to make her appear to be taller.
The Team Member would not allow her to go through the line and asked that her bun be taken down so he could accurately measure her for her safety.
The family posted the video on their social media and received a lot of backlash for their behavior and deleted the video, however not before other social media influencers were able to stitch their videos into their own.
