A woman in Winnipeg, Canada set off a firework in a restaurant to distract everyone so she could steal a pizza. She was successful and ran out the door and tried to hail a cab. She was able to get a cab, however, the driver stated that she became belligerent and he tried to kick her out of the vehicle. When he tried to open her door to ask her to leave, she hopped up into the driver’s seat and stole the vehicle, dragging the driver 30 feet. Police were able to catch her after she crashed the vehicle into a snowbank. No one in the restaurant was injured and the cab driver is in stable condition.
