A Thief Needed Money for Drugs, So He Could See His Imaginary Girlfriend Again

Here’s a budding love story that’s just not gonna work out.  Mostly because one of the people involved doesn’t exist .
A 43-year-old guy named Matthew Huber got arrested for trying to break into someone’s truck outside a Walmart in Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday.  He told the cops he was looking for stuff to steal because he needed money to see his imaginary girlfriend again. The girlfriend’s name is Emma and he said he only sees her when he’s on meth.  So he was looking for stuff to steal, so he could sell it and use the money to buy more drugs.
He’s facing a felony charge for burglary.  Plus another charge for carrying a concealed weapon while committing a crime, because he had a knife on him.
