OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department on Saturday reported that new cases of COVID-19 barely edged out newly recovered individuals. They announced 62 new infections and 60 new recoveries. Since the pandemic began, LaSalle County has seen over 9,000 infections and 191 deaths attributed to complications from the novel coronavirus.
