This seems like a MAJOR overreaction to a bird being birds. A 26-year-old guy in Plymouth, England was sitting outside and eating some McDonald’s last week when a SEAGULL flew up and tried to snatch away his food. And the guy responded by BITING the seagull. The bird flew away . . . and the cops arrested the guy for injuring a wild bird, which can get you up to six months in prison or a $9,000 fine.
The cops also say the guy was on drugs at the time.
