The Leland Town & Country Association will host their Annual USO Dance, held at the Leland School Gym, Saturday, November 12th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. For those that want to brush up on their “Swing Dance,” there will be lesons at 5:30pm. Music will be provided by “Talk of the Town,” Swing Band and there will be light refreshments.
This annual event is a salute to those Veterans that have served our country and with that in mind all Veterans are admitted at no charge. General admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students. You can phone Laurinda Kidd for more information about this event at 815-495-2742.
