Post Malone announced his fifth full-length album, the self-titled ‘Austin’, will arrive on July 28th. Malone will also release his new single entitled “Mourning” on Friday, May 19th. Post Malone said in an Instagram Reel: “I wanted to say that I love you guys so very f**king much. I’m here on tour in Europe right now, and I wanted to tell you guys that I have an album coming out this summer on July 28. It’s called Austin. Like my name — that is my name .. ” Malone said of his new songs: “It’s been some of the funnest music, some of the most challenging and rewarding music for me, at least — trying to really push myself and really do some cool stuff. I played guitar on every song on the record, and it was a really, really fun experience, and I’m super, super excited to share it with you.” He added that a new song called “Mourning” and its music video will be released on May 19.
Malone has also announced his return to North America with the If Ya’ll Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying Tour following his tour across the US and Canada last year. The 24-date North America run kicks off on July 8th at Noblesville’s Ruoff Music Center, making stops in Detroit, Toronto, Charlotte, Tampa, Atlanta, Dallas and more before wrapping up at San Bernardino’s Glen Helen Amphitheater on August 19th.
General on sale tickets begin Friday, May 19th at 10 am local time via Ticketmaster. The tour will also offer a variety of different VIP packages and experiences for fans, and packages may include premium tickets, access to the World Pong League VIP Lounge, exclusive VIP gift items and more.
