Red Cross Blood Drive is August 28 at IVCH

            Illinois Valley Community Hospital will host an American Red Cross blood drive from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 28, in the conference room of the IVCH 6^th Street office building at 1305 6^th St., Peru.

Potential donors are advised to bring photo ID’s or their blood donor cards with them.  Some of the required paperwork can be done ahead of time through the redcrossblood.org/Rapid Pass web site.

            The Red Cross says all blood donors will be sent $5 Amazon.com gifts cards.

            Appointments to give blood can be made by calling Danielle Bourell at IVCH at 815-780-3387.   Walk-in donors will also be welcome.
