The Ottawa Police Benevolent & Protective Association Unit #18 is once again seeking the names of less fortunate children for our Back to School Shopping Program.
Individuals, which can include parents, other family members, friends, school officials and churches, who wish to submit a child or children for the program need to come to the Ottawa Police Department, located at 301 W. Lafayette Street to complete an application.
Applications are available anytime starting July 17, 2018 and must be completed and returned by August 6, 2018.
Due to time limitations, no late applications can be accepted after 4:00pm on August 6, 2018.
