HIALEAH GARDENS, FL — A man in Hialeah Gardens, Florida was arrested for allegedly setting a home on fire. He had a contract agreement to purchase the home and paid a down payment of $20,000. However, he decided he wanted to get out of the contract and receive his down payment back. He allegedly set the home on fire to try to get his deposit back. Instead he is now facing two felony charges for the fire.
