Photo provided by LP High SchoolLASALLE – PERU — The LP Lady Cav’s bowling team traveled to Dixon to participate in the Dixon Regional tournament Saturday. They are continuing to write history for LP as the first girls bowling team to advance from regionals two consecutive years in a row. The Team was led by Junior Olivia Weber with a 1384 series and a high game of 268. Weber was followed by senior Christine Ricci with a 1196 series and a 244 high game. Junior Makenzie Hamilton had a strong afternoon session with an afternoon series of 661 and a high game of 226. Saturday the Lady Cav’s head to Landmark Lanes in Peoria to compete in one of the top sectionals in the state.
