Iowa woman who fostered more than 600 children says she loved them ‘like they were my own’

Okay so how sweet is this? This lovely woman wanted to help out in the community and decided fostering children with medical issues was the thing for her. Throughout her life she has fostered over 600 children. She ended up adopting 3 of her foster children and had 5 children of her own.
This woman seems to be a saint, she was a volunteer first responder for 50 years, ran a home daycare for local family and was a custodian at a local school. She made all of her foster children feel loved and made sure every single one was taken care of.
