All children who will be five years of age on or before September 1st should register for Kindergarten at Kimes School.
Please bring- Certified Birth Certificate
If for some reason you are unable to register your child on these dates, please call the Kimes office to make arrangements 815-672-2496.
New this year-On Wednesday, April 25, Dr. San Gabriel will be at Kimes during the afternoon hours of 1pm to 5pm to perform physicals. Dr. San Gabriel’s office will bill your insurance, however depending on your coverage, fees may apply. Please bring your insurance card.
Walk ins are welcome, but appointments are highly recommended. Please call Dr. San Gabriel’s office at 815-673-2353 to schedule an afternoon appointment for Wednesday, April 25 at Kimes School. You may also call the doctor’s office if you have questions regarding your child’s health requirements.
